Join me as I help you to integrate kindness and inner strength into everyday life. The combination of mindfulness and self-compassion brings emotional well-being to our lives as we learn to treat ourselves with the kindness we show others. You will complete this 4 week course with an individual compassionate commitment to move forward. In this course we uncover some of the reasons why we are less compassionate towards ourselves as we encounter and become aware of feelings of discomfort and our long held beliefs and fears. This course will change your life as you know it, if you want it to!
Sessions run weekly on Wednesday evening starting 6.30pm – 8.30pm. – sometimes later! (AEDST) All course materials supplied – recordings of all meditations are supplied electronically.
