8 Week Mindfulness-Based Stillness Meditation Course
May 4-June 22 inclusive – 6.30 – 8.30pm

The MBSM course is structured to enable you to develop and practice each week, building your skill-set to ultimately perform MBSM independently. 6 Week Guided Imagery Course
