All courses are held at Physiozone – 9/1700 Main North Road, Salisbury Plain, South Australia.
No prior meditation experience is required.
The weekend workshops are fully catered, refreshments are provided for 6 and 8 week courses. In the event of a public holiday within the course, the best option for all participants will be selected – so the dates may not be firm ending dates for the weekly courses.
All course materials are supplied, including recorded meditations, course book and notebook.

8 Week Mindfulness-Based Stillness Meditation Course
Join Marion Turner (Meditation Teacher and Physiotherapist) to achieve balance in your life through Mindfulness-Based Stillness Meditation. The MBSM course is structured to enable you to develop and practice each week, building your skill-set to ultimately perform MBSM independently. Practicing over this 8 week time-frame creates a habitual pattern for you, integrating mindfulness into daily life. Some of the benefits of MBSM include: stress reduction, improved clarity and memory, improved focus and intention, improved immune system response, improved sleep and emotional stability.

6 Week Guided Imagery Course
Join Marion Turner (Meditation Teacher and Physiotherapist) to learn how Guided Imagery can help you to improve work performance, deal with stressful situations (e.g. public speaking, giving presentations, interview processes and more) through the development of inner peace, goal setting and inner rehearsal. Using the mind in a deliberate way can help you to change habits and beliefs, reduce stress and anxiety, improve performance and health. This 6 week program will also have an introduction to mindfulness meditation and self-compassion.

From Grief to Gratitude Weekend Workshop
Join Marion Turner (registered Meditation Teacher) as she guides you through your personal discovery and journey from grief to gratitude in this transformational weekend workshop. Marion will share the steps that took her on this profound journey over 10 years; resulting in a state of gratitude and acceptance of life for what it is. Whether you are grieving the loss of a loved one, loss of a relationship, health or any other thing of importance to you, this workshop can help you make sense of your state of being and reactivity which will restore clarity, peace and joy to your life.
