This book has been a long time in the making! When I finally discovered I was still grieving, several years after the death of my brother, I found meditation was the answer in bringing me back to me! For years, I was feeling purposeless, lost and disconnected from myself and my life. I was not enjoying my “self”!

From Grief to Gratitude is the abridged version of my 10 year journey and outlines the steps you can take to re-discover yourself, your purpose and re-engage with your life. Through the steps in the book, you will create your unique action plan to reconnect with your self. The meditations used to support and facilitate the process are available on the website in the resources section for those who do not wish to record their own. Full scripts for the meditations are in the book.
I run the From Grief to Gratitude workshops over a full weekend – so you can choose to do this with the book or you can set your own pace.
